Originally built as an exceptional private residence at an eye watering cost, before becoming a private members club, Eaves Hall has always been exclusive. Now, restored and refurbished with celebrations in mind Eaves Hall can be exclusively yours.
The amazing reception rooms include a dining room and ceremony room for up to 120 guests or the ballroom can host 60 for those more intimate occasions. The fantastic bar and lounge look over the gardens and there’s a stunning snooker room to enjoy too – all with access on to the terraces and bowling green.

The outdoor spaces are just as impressive as the indoor rooms. Fabulous Italianate terraces drop away to spectacular views over the Ribble Valley. The bowling green is the perfect place for outdoor ceremonies, marquees, stretch tents and much more – the scope for garden games is simply off the scale! We can host marquees for up to 300 guests while maintaining the flexibility of Eaves Hall just metres away.
